When you advertise an available room on Care Home Central, your listing comes with a 100% guarantee: your room will be filled for a minimum of 2 months (you receive payments from client for at least 2 months) or we will relist your vacancy at no charge. The cost to fill a room with a placement agency is already so high. Additionally, you take on the risk of paying the fee and having the client move out before you've even recouped your placement fee. Care Home Central gives you the peace of mind that you will fill your room without this risk, and if things don't work out as they sometimes do, we'll put your room-available listing right back up. Terms and Conditions
- Once a care home admin successfully claims a care home, 2 credits ($1,000 value) will be automatically added to the account within 24 hours. The credits can be used to advertise when you have a room available.
- All room-available listings can remain on Care Home Central until a security deposit has been received by the care home administrator. Once a deposit is received, it is the responsibility of the care home administrator to downgrade the listing back to a standard listing on the care home admin page within 24 hours.
- If Care Home Central receives user reports that rooms being advertised as available are not available when they contact the care home admin, Care Home Central may, at its sole discretion, remove room-available listings without notice and cancel any outstanding promotional credit in the care home's account.
- To claim the 100% guarantee, care home admins will be required to provide Care Home Central with an executed customer contract showing the start and end date of the client's stay. If the date range is less than 60 days (or 2 months), Care Home Central will reactivate the room-available listing once the claim has been approved.
